We are currently experiencing a lot of turbulence in the world right now, and it is a lot to take in and digest. And in order to move through the turbulence, create change, and find peace, we need to be able to truly listen to others and hear what they have to say, whether it is a partner, a friend, a colleague, or even a complete stranger. We also need to also understand and honor how we process information and respect how others around us digest and process information as well. In this episode, Jamie explores ways in which you can pause, reflect, and respond in a way that is loving and supportive for both you, the people around you and in your life.
