Meet Karmen Plasencia, massage therapist, yogi, and holistic health consultant who believes everyone should live a happy, healthy, and pain free life.  Karmen’s knowledge of living naturally and more in tune with nature stems from 20 years of actively working, teaching and studying in the health and wellness field. 

In this episode, Karmen shares her personal journey of healing and how she connects with nature, including how she overcame trauma, anxiety and depression naturally, and the practices she currently uses to be well.

Karmen Plasencia cultivates more peace, joy and healing into the lives of others through her wellness services. She is highly skilled, trained and certified in a variety of healing arts modalities which include; yoga, massage therapy, meditation, chinese medicine, laughter yoga, prenatal yoga and children’s yoga. She is also a freelance wellness distributor/consultant for many reputable companies for air/water/nutritional supplements. She currently runs her own private Holistic Health Practice and is available for sessions both online and in-person.
