Healthy relationships are an essential part of being well mentally, physically, and spiritually. At our core, we are social beings, and we crave community. Kinship. We need to feel loved, safe, and secure. We need support from our inner circle.
As empaths, this is particularly important. We absorb so much energy from the world around us, and we feel the pain of others so often that it is easy to get pulled into relationships with wounded souls that need help.
