Most people fear Monday because it means the weekend is over and its time to go back to work. Its time to grind!
But doesn’t it seem like Mondays come way too fast?
Well, they do!
Technically, if you work a normal 40-hour week (or more!), you typically work Monday –Friday, and then have 2 days for rest. And of course, those 2 days go by FAST. So it’s no wonder that by the time Sunday night rolls around, we are beginning to dread the mania of Monday mornings.
Here’s a simple tip to start your week off on a good vibe:
Create a Monday morning playlist!
It may sound silly, but how much more fun would Monday mornings be if you had an awesome playlist ready to go from the minute you wake up?
Or, if you are good with your Monday morning routine, but love the idea of a Monday playlist, make the playlist for your morning commute.
Pick songs that get you fired up and excited for the day – label it Monday Awesomeness – and start your week off on a good vibe!
