To be honest, I personally LOVE setting new years goals and resolutions. I know a lot of people think it sounds cliché, but because I am so passionate about manifestation and intention setting, I love the idea of announcing my goals to the universe.
Taking the time to set resolutions actually forces us to pause and reflect. To really think about the kind of life that we want to create for ourselves; to think about what is working and what is not working, and what needs to change. And it helps us identify clear action steps we can take to create and maintain the change that we want to see.
