My mind-body-spirit framework for wellness considers how a person is functioning holistically, and nutrition is a core component of this approach. What we eat directly impacts how we feel, so developing an awareness of how to nourish your body is a key factor to being well.
Join Jamie and Kate as they chat about Kate’s personal health journey, how she overcame illness thought changing her diet, and some of her favorite tips, tricks, and recipes for women wanting to re-evaluate their nutrition.
