Episode 20: The What is Yoga Series – Samadhi (Union with the Divine)

Samadhi, the final step in the 8-limbed yogic path, is a state of being in which the soul and the Divine become unified: it is the ultimate goal of the yoga practice. It can be described as a state of intense concentration that is achieved through meditation – a state of being that becomes natural after the work of the preceding 7 limbs have been done.

Join Jamie as she explores the concept of Samadhi and provides you with some simple journaling questions for reflection and consideration.

**This is the final episode in a sequential series exploring basic principles of yoga philosophy and how you can apply these principles to your daily life. This series is perfect for beginners wanting to learn more about yoga philosophy, as well as yoga practitioners that want to revisit their studies.**
