I believe that modern society has unrealistic expectations for women that is causing record-high rates of stress, anxiety, and depression.

So I am passionate about breaking down these unreasonable expectations and helping overwhelmed, over-worked, and under-appreciated women live a more meaningful, enjoyable life. A life that is free of the exhaustion and burnout that comes with trying to be perfect in every area of their lives. A life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

So how can I help you?

Well, I am a woman that has been through a lot of stress…I actually describe myself as a recovering stress addict. Stress used to get me going – I would literally get a rush from being stressed out and that rush would motivate me to keep moving forward. Stress fed my ambitious, over-achieving, nothing-is-ever-good-enough personality…until it all fell apart. Being diagnosed with cancer at 29 changed my world, and I realized that my lifestyle and addiction to stress was literally killing me.

I was determined to heal myself and since then, it has been a long journey into holistic healing methods and mind-body-spirit living.

I learned how to nourish my body.
I learned how to calm my mind.
And I learned how to soothe my soul.

I am still ambitious and will always be a go-getter. That will never change.

But now I know how to calm myself. And I know how to really listen to my body, my mind, and my spirit. If life is getting overwhelming, I know now when and how to pull back.

I used to hate the idea of sitting still and “quiet”. Now I cherish it.

I used to think I was eating “healthy.” Now I actually know what eating healthy really is.

I used to be quite angry and had no spiritual path. Now I feel at peace.

My journey to wellness inspired me to share my passion and experience with as many women as I can, so that they can learn from my mistakes and live a more balanced, fulfilling life.

I created a mind-body-spirit lifestyle that helps women let go of unrealistic expectations, build up their self-worth, and take charge of their lives. I love all things related to healthy, holistic living, and I want to create a revolution – a global community of empowered women that support, love, and advocate for each other.

Jamie Molnar is a licensed psychotherapist and a registered yoga teacher passionate about mind-body-spirit living. She is dedicated to the practice of holistic healing that empowers us to discover true and lasting happiness. Using a unique combination of modern psychology and ancient yoga philosophy techniques, she teaches women who feel overwhelmed and uninspired by their current lifestyle the specific steps they need to create powerful shifts within, let go of the stress and enjoy the peace and contentment that they deserve. She offers realistic, practical, no-nonsense solutions and loves working with women who are passionate about personal growth. Jamie truly understands where you are at and will empower you to get where you want to be!
